Equities on major European stock markets ticked higher in premarket on Wednesday following a deal on the coronavirus relief bill that was reached by the United States Senate.
The stimulus bill worth $2 trillion is expected to be passed later today in the upper chamber of US Congress, according to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
The DAX in Frankfurt gained 0.78% at 7:40 am CET while the FTSE 100 went up by 0.42% at the same time.
